Cancellation Policy

Eligibility Free estimates are available for residential and commercial projects within [list coverage areas, e.g., specific cities/regions]. Scope of the Estimate Estimates are intended for new projects, renovations, repairs, or remodels as described during the initial inquiry. Booking Process Estimates must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. Appointments are subject to availability. Clients will receive a confirmation of their scheduled time and date. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may impact eligibility for future free estimates. No-Show Policy If the client is unavailable at the scheduled time without prior notification, the free estimate will be forfeited. A fee may be charged for subsequent appointments.
